Psychic children face many problems once they become aware of their psychic abilities.  They face trying to tell their parents and other people that they can communicate with spirits and “see” the future.  A fortunate few are lucky to be raised by parents who are aware or sensitive themselves and understand there are other forms of existence rather than the physical one we inhabit.  Of course the majority of psychic kids are not so lucky and are often ridiculed for their gifts and often told they are evil and are allowing evil spirits to communicate with them.  They are made to believe they are sinful and that ghosts are the devil in disguise and that is is trying to trick them into giving up their souls.  This is extremely unfair, but it is bred from ignorance and zero understanding of the paranormal.  Adults and especially parents have the responsibility to care for their children and try to understand what they are going through and how to help them succeed with their psychic abilities.

Super psychic children refers to the children in China that were used in training for psychic abilities. These children have been recognized and encouraged and in fact nurtured by the Chinese government.  Some of their abilities have been documented by independent sources, some of them are said to be able to read with their armpits!  As strange as this all may sound, these are examples of psychic children and if fact these children are very famous among the paranormal community.

Many think that children tend to be more psychic than adults.  The theory behind children psychics is that children tend to live in the present and are more aware of their surroundings than the busy adults.  They have not been tainted by what society deems as the “norm” and do not feel that they are living outside of this norm, unlike adults who have been influenced by society.  Psychic children have been known to communicate with spirits very frequently.  Parents often mistake these spirits as “invisible friends”, but in truth the child may be acting as a medium.  While precautions should be taken if you think your child is communicating with the spiritual realm, it is not evil or uncommon for this to happen.  Oftentimes children will give a psychic reading without the adults around them realizing what is happening.  They might see or feel influences about the future and speak about it and the parents might think “what an imagination this child has”.  The point is, if you child starts to exhibit psychic abilities, try and be supportive and learn as much about helping them as possible.
