The Meaning of Tarot Cards

Each tarot card is associated with a specific meaning as well as the intuitive meaning that each particular psychic might attribute to them.  The meaning of tarot cards can vary between person to person, but each card is associated with a specific meaning as well.  Tarot readings will differ greatly from psychic to psychic even if the same exact cards were drawn in the same exact layout, however the overall meaning should probably be pretty close in the most general of terms.  Each tarot card typically has a positive and negative meaning, often interpreted as such depending on the position the card holds in the reading.  In this post I will list the general accepted terms for many of the tarot cards in the deck.  Maybe the tarot card meanings are different for you as well!

The Fool – The Fool usually indicates new beginnings but also could indicate you should get your head out of the clouds lest you end up looking the fool!

The Magician – The Magician could very well indicate a sleazy salesperson type is going to enter into your life and try to sell you snake oil.  It could also mean that you will soon get a great idea or vision that will lead to great benefits.

The High Priestess – Getting the High Priestess card indicates you will be gaining secret knowledge that will help you in some area of your life (job, love, etc)  as well as learning something very strange indeed.

The Empress – This card represents the gift of life, romance, business and/or art.  But beware, the Empress can also withhold these gifts in anger.

The Emporer – The Emporer represents a man of authority that is just and fair and someone who loves their Empire that they built, but being the emporer also comes with responsibility that can sometimes be resented.

The Hierophant (or High Priest) – This card represents bringing one down to earth to deal with earthly problems and represents harmony in chaos.  The High Priest can also be stubborn and unbending.

The Lovers – This card means you will come across something that you absolutely love, could be a person, job, or any thing that will make you undeliably happy.  This something will resonate with you no matter if it means changing your original plans, you know you have to to be happy.

These are just a few of the meanings of some of the many tarot cards in the tarot deck.  Tarot cards are a very useful tools used in psychic readings.  Of course it is an intricate balance of the meaning of the card, the placement of the card, and the psychic’s own interpretation to make a complete reading accurate.  Check out this site for information on rider waite tarot cards.

Online Psychic Chat Etiquette

There is much to be said about an online psychic chat. An online psychic will typically set up an online reading for you via an instant messenger program or embedded chat room on their website.  This is what you should expect, but if they suggest another way then that should be perfectly acceptable as long as it is something you are comfortable with.  There is usually no difference in the method of delivery of the reading if it is a paid reading or a free psychic chat.  The same technology still applies.  Sometimes the psychic will give you the URL of a chat room that is actually timed and will boot you out of the room when the time runs out on your reading.  If you pay for fifteen minutes then you will have a little timer counting down and when fifteen minutes is reached you will be disconnected.  This type of chat room helps the psychic stay on point because it is very easy to lose track of time!
Psychic chat rooms are usually reserved for just you and the psychic, but some websites that offer free online psychic chat will offer what they call “mini-readings” at specified times of the day.  Basically you show up to the website at the specified time and join in the chat with others who all wait in line for their turn at a mini-reading.  These mini-readings typically last five minutes and are not private.  Everyone in the chat room at that time can see your reading.  These psychic chats are set up to give you a sample so you will go and order a full reading.

As far as etiquette goes, it may be surprising but there is such a thing as chat etiquette.  It can be a problem with online chat because it is easy to misunderstand one another when words are being typed on a screen.  It is sometimes hard to convey emotion or meaning with just words, so it is important to not jump to conclusions when receiving your psychic reading.  Allow the psychic to complete his or her typing and thought before jumping in with more questions.  Do not be afraid to ask for clarification about something that you are not understanding.  The psychics understand that it is harder to convey information online and are very patient with questions and most will try very hard to make sure what they are typing makes sense in the way it is supposed to.

Be sure to thank your psychic and return her blessings if she gives them.  It is hard work they are performing and even though you are paying for their service, it is nice to know you are appreciated!  Your psychic’s job is to make sure you leave the reading with a full understanding about what has been shared so do not be afraid to ask questions.  Your psychic should be courteous and understanding and expects the same from you.  Basically your psychic chat etiquette should be the same etiquette and manners you would have during a live psychic reading.  The respect should be reciprocated.

Are you a Real Psychic?

I am often asked “Are you a real psychic?”.  I often answer “only as real as you believe I am”.

When someone asks if you are a real psychic it is much like asking if you believe in god.  You only believe something is true if you believe it, so I cannot convince a non believer that I am a real psychic, but to those people who believe in psychics then they will know that I am authentic.  To a non believer, even if I was able to validate something to them they would easily debunk it in their heads and come up with some other excuse as to how I garnered that information.

Real psychic readings are only real to those who believe as well.  A psychic reading will be of benefit to those with open minds and not those who come in convinced that it is all fake.  Receiving an accurate psychic reading all depends on the openness and honesty of the person getting the reading.  Psychics are not miracle workers and they are not “all knowing” and if any psychic ever tells you that they are you should quickly walk away and don’t look back.  We make mistakes because we are human and humans are flawed to their core.  What we can do is help guide you into making better decisions for your life and hopefully give you a sense of comfort in troubling times.

By now I am sure you see my point so the question “are psychics real” is totally irrelevant.  I compare it to religion a lot because if you believe then that is what makes it real to you but if you do not believe then you will never be convinced otherwise.  A real psychic will understand this and not try to win over skeptics.  Speaking as a psychic, I say take their money and run, do not try to convince them otherwise.  You may lose a client but who needs that sort of stress anyway, you will have plenty of people who believe in your gift and those are the people you can truly help.  Making money is not a real psychics main motivation, helping people is so only use your energy on those you know that you can help, everyone else can fall by the wayside.

So am I a real psychic?  I am to myself and to hundreds of loyal clients and that is all that matters to me.  If you do not believe, then maybe you should visit a fortune teller, as they are more for the faint of heart and for those looking for a laugh!

What is Your Psychic Ability?

So everyone has heard at one time or another that we are all psychic and some are just more “in tune” than others with their psychic ability, but if we are all psychic, what is your psychic ability?  Developing psychic abilities takes practice and patience, but inevitably if you try hard enough something will develop over time.  More than likely you will develop a certain psychic ability much more stronger than the others.  For instance you might find that you knack is communicating with those who have passed on and that you are a medium psychic or maybe you hear things instead of see them which means you are a clairaudient psychic.

You could take a psychic ability test administered by an experience psychic and they may be able to tell you which gifts you are stronger in, but more than likely you will discover it on your own if you practice enough.  Meditation is a great way to discover your psychic abilities.  Meditating will help you clear your mind and be open to receive whatever messages you are going to receive in whatever way you are going to get them.  Before doing anything else I highly recommend you learn to meditate.

Another great way to develop your psychic ability is to try to see auras.  If you can learn to view auras you are opening up your third eye or your psychic abilities and learning as you go.  Aura cleansing is something that I practice during my crystal healing sessions and is the biggest boost someone can get to make them feel better fast.  An aura is the energy field that surrounds every living thing that expresses itself in a multitude of colors.  The aura is not visible to the naked eye unless you open up your psychic channels and are able to view the energy that way.  You can tell a lot about a person by reading their aura.

To develop my psychic ability I use deep meditation and crystals to help me tap into that universal energy.  You may discover your own way of doing it, maybe you dream and your dreams allow you to tap into that energy, but can you recreate that during your waking periods?  My dreams have often been of the “prophetic” type and I will often lapse into “daydreaming” with the same effect and this is another way that I tap into my psychic powers.

The Best Aromatherapy Products

A lot of people ask me what the best aromatherapy products are and there is the short and long answer to that which I will attempt to go into here.  Aromatherapy products span a wide range of things from bath products to candles to skin care products.  Of course there is a different use for each of these products and the way the essential oil properties are delivered to you are different.  Although each product will deliver the aromatherapy properties mainly through the nose and into your limbic system, some of them will also have benefits for your skin like the bath and massage oil products.

Aromatherapy candles are very useful for setting the mood of a room and is beneficial to all who enter.  Candles are probably the single most popular item in aromatherapy because they are a no fuss item that everyone can enjoy and benefit from.  Often aromatherapy candles are made with fragrance oil instead of essential oils.  Fragrance oil, for those of you not initiated into the world of candle making, is basically a “fake” scent.  Essential oils can be very expensive, so to find the perfect aromatherapy candle you should search for one that is a blend of fragrance and essential oils.  This way you still get the healing benefits from the essential oil and the scent from the fragrance.  Often these are wonderful candles that are coveted by housewives and spas everywhere!

Aromatherapy skin care products like lotion, massage oils and cremes are an amazing way to get the benefits from essential oils.  Essential oils can be absorbed through the skin and many have properties that help with skin health or to invigorate and stimulate the skin.  These products provide the dual benefit of smelling the oils and having your limbic system respond as well as being absorbed by the skin and delivering healing properties that way.  For instance, cinnamon essential oil is wonderful for stimulating the skin and making it feel alive and wonderfully soft.  Essential oil can be dangerous so be sure to use sparingly!  You wouldn’t want cinnamon essential oil to get in your eye, trust me!

Aromatherapy bath products are probably the most relaxing when being used because who doesn’t relax in a nice hot bath filled with lavendar!  There are many manufacturers of “aromatherapy” bath products but the best advice I can give here, and this goes for the candles and skin care products, is that if you learn to make these items yourself you not only save money but you also know that you are getting quality products!  It is really easy to make some bath bubbles or some lotion so try it out for yourself and buy your essential oils wholesale!

In Love with Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is a fantastic compliment to a crystal healing session.  I utilize aromatherapy quite often when giving crystal healings.  In fact, the aromatherapy massage oils are essential oils and are essential to my work.  I usually call this type of massage a crystal massage because I used the crystals in conjunction with the aromatherapy massage oil to give a very calming and relaxing massage.  Essential oils are natures gift just like the crystals and gems that I use for my healing techniques.

Aromatherapy oils are made from essential oil that boast their own healing properties and are a strong compliment to using the crystals.  Lavendar for example has relaxing properties and is a main essential oil used during aromatherapy body massage.  Next I will discuss the science behind aromatherapy massage.

Your nostrils are connected to the part of your brain called the limbic system.  Many of you may already know, but the limbic system controls your emotions, reactions (nervous system), and your hormones.  These three things are also greatly influenced by each other and if one is out of whack you can be almost certain the other two are as well.  It is important for your limbic system to remain balanced for the most part in order for you to remain a balanced and healthy individual.  Essential oils plays their part when you inhale the oils molecules which then sends signals to your limbic system.  These signals can affect stress levels, heart rate, blood pressure, memory, digestive system and immune system.  You can easily see how important keeping this system in balance can be!

Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin and that is why the massage oils or lotions made with essential oils can be so important for healing.  Just like each crystal has its own healing properties so does each essential oil.  Some are used to relax while others can energize!  Here is a list of commonly used essential oils:

  • Chamomile and Lavendar are used for calming purposes
  • Neroli, Rose and Ylang Ylang are used to uplift
  • Rosemary is used for both energizing and cleansing

Most people get an aromatherapy massage to relieve stress or emotional conditions such as headaches, tension, depression and anxiety.  A normal massage is relaxing enough but imagine having your senses pleased with essential oils.  There are not two more perfect things that go together as well as aromatherapy and massage.

Psychic Power – Making It Happen

Psychic power is accessible to anyone who can recognize that there is a higher level of communication different from what we are used to using within our own physical realm.  There is unlimited energy that can be accessed by anyone open to it and who can tune into the vibrations of this higher level by focusing their own energies and being able to sink to it.  Psychic power is not just for people who are so called psychic or gifted in a particular psychic area, but for everyone with just a little effort.  Even psychics wouldn’t be who they are today if they were unable to recognize the subtle energy and then focused their attention to these vibrations in order to fine tune their abilities.

Focusing is the key ingredient to developing psychic powers.  Try to focus on yourself in relation to the world around you.  Try to pick up on what others around you are feeling by concentrating on the subtle vibrations each person and object radiates.  These subtle energies is that shared energy I am talking about.  Make yourself familiar with the feeling and vibrations and you will soon be able to pick up on it quickly without much effort.  Understanding that everything is connected will help you to develop your psychic power quickly and accurately.  Psychic powers are not developed overnight, especially for those who this does not come natural to.  Some people are just so extra sensitive to these energies that they are the ones who have been psychic their whole lives, but it is not out of reach for you!

The hardest part in developing your psychic powers is first understanding that everything is connected to everything else then having the ambition to fine tune your psychic abilities.  It can be very frustrating at first which makes it very easy to give up.  You must have the willingness to push through the barriers and know that a psychics power is always made greater over time because your ability to fine tune ad lock into that universal energy grows.

In order to cultivate your psychic powers you must be willing to change your current thinking and then work really hard at creating and maintaining your psychic power.  The power level of a psychics abilities are very much related to how finely they are tuned to the energy around them and that takes practice.  Practicing is what makes everything come together in order to advance.  A psychic circle is a good way to do this.  A circle will meet at regular intervals and provide a positive environment with like minded individuals and encourage growth.

The Life of a Celebrity Psychic

A celebrity psychic often is a person who is very well known among psychic circles as well as the general populous.  They gain their notoriety by either being really good at what they do or by being really smart and hiring great PR people to help move their careers along.  I do have a problem with celebrity psychics because most of them are so easy to see right through their deceitful ways yet so many people fall for it.  They give genuine psychics a bad name, in my humble opinion.  Yet there are those out there who are genuine themselves and are just really good at what they do and their name gets around and before they know it they are writing books and appearing on talk shows.

A psychic reading from a celebrity psychic is going to cost you a lot of money.  For instance, a psychic phone reading with Sylvia Browne will cost you $850.  That is a lot of money for most people, but hey she is famous so she can charge the big bucks and more power to her, I am not mad at her for that!  Most people adore Sylvia Browne and that is fine, she seems genuine enough and one day not so long ago nobody knew her at all so she obviously did something right.  I just caution people against the celebrity psychics for the reason that they can charge a lot of money and could be phony just like a lot of other people out there.

I imagine the life of a celebrity psychic is hectic with all the appearances and books to write and readings to give, but much like that of a regular celebrity, they can’t complain.  Another look at a celebrity psychic is the psychic that all the celebrities use, but they are not necessarily famous on their own.  Many celebrities employ psychics because they are just like you and me, they want to know how things play out and if they are on the right path, maybe more so than you or me because their entire lives depend on their public image.  I would imagine they want forewarning of something bad happening!

Celebrity psychic predictions are always fun.  This is where a psychic, not necessarily one that is famous, will make predictions about celebrities and then everyone waits on pins and needles to see if they play out over the year.  This goes on every year and all you need to do is google it to find the current years predictions.

Past Lives – Do You Have Any?

Past lives is often referred to as reincarnation, but no matter what words you use, it is a often attributed to religious and spiritual beliefs.  Many popular reincarnation belief systems are African, Hindu,  Native American, Pagan, Buddhism, and New Age traditions.  Most modern Christian and Islamic beliefs reject reincarnation or past lives, although Christianity, much like everything else they do, changed there mind about this around 530AD, but before then they did believe in reincarnation.

A past life is a life that you have lived previously and the purpose of reincarnation is to try and make better what you might have got wrong the first few times around.  At least that is the belief in some traditions.  I myself do not believe in past lives although I find it a fascinating concept.  Past lives analysis are available from very reputable psychics.  A past life analysis is much like a past life reading in where a psychic will analyze your past lives and give you information that might help with the healing on ones self in the present.  This is the experience of many people who have had a past life reading.  Past life readings are the best option for those who mistrust their ability to read the past lives and interpret correctly.  A past lives regression is something completely different.

Past life regression is where a person will be brought back to remembering their past lives through hypnosis, given by a trained regression therapist.  A regression is not always possible because there are many, many people who cannot be hypnotized because their ego is too strong to allow it.  Also, a past life regression may not be the best option for you unless you feel comfortable interpreting what you see.  Oftentimes a past life reading is in order.

Many past life psychics claim that the readings they provide for their clients help to heal situations in their present, much like a regular psychic reading provides.  I can believe this to be true whether I believe in past lives or not, because we often hear what we need to hear during psychic readings.  I believe that the psychics who give past life readings are actually giving a true psychic reading it is just that what they see manifests itself in what looks like past lives.  Many people who believe in past lives believe that they time and again meet the same people in order to work out what was not worked out in the previous life.

What to Expect from Your Online Psychic Reading

Like most people who have never before had an online psychic reading you cannot know what to expect but are curious.  This is completely natural and understandable.  I will help you in learning what to expect from an online psychic reading because no matter how much psychics wish it were not the case, it is different than a live person to person psychic reading.  The first and most major difference is that you are not sitting across from the psychic as they are giving you the reading and neither of you can pick up on the little nuances that naturally occur during a conversation, this of course can lead to misunderstandings but it can also lead to greater understanding.

The psychic reading will not be influenced by your physical presence and you will not be inclined to change your answers or filter your questions by being afraid of bias.  Of course this can work the opposite way and the psychic might miss some signal that you are not being completely honest or are trepidatious about certain subjects.  Of course the psychic no matter if you are getting a live online psychic reading or a person to person one should always be honest on their end and give you all the information they can in a straightforward but compassionate manner.

Online psychic readings are as accurate as long as your psychic is accurate to begin with.  Psychics read energies or communicate with guides to complete their readings so it is not necessary that you be in the same room as the psychic.  This is a huge misconception, but one that is understandable with the influence of movies and television giving the idea that a psychic will need to touch you or an object in order to get a premonition.  This is true and false as there are surely those psychics who perform much better by physical contact, but most of us can conduct a reading online without any barriers.

The psychic will of course ask you questions but it shouldn’t be a game of 20 questions.  It is important to note that if you try to test the psychic by not giving honest answers then your reading will be off.  Psychics are not “all knowing” and shouldn’t claim to be.  They will often get enough clues from your answers to their questions to provide you with an accurate psychic reading.  For instance, a psychic might see something and ask you a question to clarify before blurting out exactly what they see.  It could become a real mess if they did that all the time because they might be misinterpreting what they see.

Join a Psychic Circle!

A psychic circle is more like a psychic development circle where folks of like mind and ilk get together in support and education.  A psychic circle will usually comprise of people that are within the same local region who get together something like once a month to discuss new ideas and to learn from each other.  Much like any other social club, psychic circles have purpose as well as social aspects to them.  You can even start your own by advertising locally.  The only thing you need is people and a place to meet.  Many circles have a centralized location, oftentimes a member’s house, where they meet for a few hours.

During the psychic circle that I belong to we usually begin each meeting with a hello and then begin discussing the past month in regards to clients or particular readings that stick out in our mind.  We discuss new techniques or meditation rituals that we have discovered and wish to share with our fellow psychics.  We also learn from each other because each of us is different.  For instance, I am not a medium but we have mediums in our circle and we learn how they conduct readings.  It is merely an interest that we have, not because we are trying to learn to conduct psychic readings in a different way.  It is also not required that you be psychic to attend although most of us are because that is how we found each other!

A psychic circle should feel like a place of safety and education.  It is important that only those of like mind attend, but if you do invite you average everyday skeptic, this can be turned into a good experience to learn from.   Many psychics find that debating with skeptics often reaffirm their beliefs in what they do.

Some of you may have found this post because of the psychic circle board.  There is such a thing as the psychic circle board and it is much like an Ouija board, but in the form of a circle.  These items are for sale from many retailers and often called The Psychic Circle.  Using a psychic circle can be a dangerous and I would caution against anyone using the board for ill purposes.  Of course it is intended for entertainment purposes only, but there have been instances where disturbing things have come about from using a psychic circle or Ouija board.

Can a Psychic Clairvoyant Predict the Future?

That’s a good question and one that many people ask.  Can a psychic clairvoyant predict the future?  The answer might surprise you, but no they cannot predict the future.  A clairvoyant often gets a sense of the most predictable outcome at that time, but the future is never set in stone and a multitude of things can change it.  Predicting the future is much like fortune telling, it is best left at the circus or carnival and used as a bit of fun.  If a psychic can tell you that they can predict the future and are all knowing then run really fast in the opposite direction!  No psychic is all knowing and even psychic clairvoyance isn’t an exact science.

I am sure we have all received a reading at one time or another and the psychic has told us what they see as the most likely outcome if we were to continue on the path we are currently leading, but psychics and clairvoyants worth their salt will never tell you this is guaranteed.  In fact, you might also be surprised to learn that many psychics employ more of their knowledge of human nature than their psychic abilities to give readings.  A good clairvoyant psychic will tell you from the outset that whatever they say during the reading can be changed if you want it to.  We should give you suggestions on how to go about making these changes or getting the outcome you want.  There are times during a reading that the outcome changes right there and then because the client has made a decision to change and lays out a plan on how to do that.

I do not nor have I ever claimed to predict the future, but I can always give you the most likely outcome.  What I see typically will be the past and present decisions that have led you to where you are that day and where you are most likely to end up.  This is done by a combination of clairvoyance and clairsentience.  In fact, most psychic predictions that you see in the news are lucky guesses that are done by studying the world and people in general.  If some of them happen to come true that is because whatever was predicted never deviated from the path it was on when the psychic made the prediction.  You can always change your future, as a human you have free will and that is the greatest gift.

Clairvoyant Psychic Readings – The Best of the Breed

Clairvoyant psychic readings are what most people are referring to when they say “psychic reading” because most people do not realize there are many different type of psychic readings.  The fact is that many psychics get their information through different means, but a clairvoyant psychic reading is often considered the “holy grail” of readings.  A clairvoyant may or may not touch the person being read for or an object to get messages from, but the whole point is that the psychic is “seeing” the messages she is relaying.  Images will come to her and she interprets them for her client.

Along with images, a clairvoyant might also hear, smell, taste, or feel the messages.  Many empaths can sense the feelings of a situation and know how to translate that into a reading.  Clairvoyant psychic readings will often incorporate all these ways of doing a reading, but many others might just use their clairaudience or clairsentience for readings exclusively.  A psychic clairvoyant always sees images telepathically, but also might use their other sense as well to conduct a reading.

Why is this considered the best of the breed when it comes to readings?  Well that is mostly the perception of non-psychic people.  They have this image of a gypsy psychic who takes your hands and weaves this tapestry of mysticism and lore into the readings.  Or they perceive the clairvoyant psychic as someone who will suddenly receive premonitions and become enthralled and exhausted by what they see.  This is due mostly to movies and television.  The perception that there is only one way to do a psychic reading is false.  In fact there are so many different ways that a clairvoyant is often among the least of psychics.  Maybe that is why they are so sought out, because they might be “rare”.

Most psychics use a variety of tools or help from spirit guides to conduct their readings.  This does not compute with the image of a clairvoyant, but it is far more often the truth.  The point of this post is to open your mind to the many different types of psychic readings and to not dismiss a psychic because they do not fit into the picture that society has created for them.  If the psychic you are thinking about using says they hear the messages from the dead, a psychic medium, or feels the energy of the situation and does their reading that way, this does not make them any less valuable to you.  Give them a try, but if you are stuck on the image of a clairvoyant, well they are always available as well!

How to Conduct Online Psychic Readings

Conducting online psychic readings is a very easy procedure and only really requires the use of free technology.  Most live online psychic readings are given via an instant messenger program like Yahoo or AOL instant messenger.  Other readings may be given via a chat room that is usually programmed right into a website itself.  Online psychic readings should be given in formats that allow for the ability to keep the chat for your records, which most of these programs allow for.  For the technical side of it, it is pretty simple, but I want to give you some tips if you are a psychic on how to actually conduct an online psychic reading.

First and foremost you must remember that the client is more than likely going to be in a highly emotional state about one thing or another.  Most people search out psychic readings when something in there life is in turmoil or has the possibility of being really exciting.  You must be a compassionate reader.  The best psychiMessy Roomcs are those who are truly empathetic and like people in general.  I have come across my fair share of psychics who are generally surly and  unhappy and this does not make for a good experience for the client.  If you cannot feel empathy for another human then do not become a psychic reader.

Online psychic readings are the first choice for many people because for the most part they are either shy or wish to remain really anonymous.  This must be understood and respected.  Keeping all information you do learn private is essential and the client must be reassured of this.  You should always have a privacy policy on your website stating this fact.  Many people are afraid a free online psychic reading for this fact that they think because it is free that you will do what you wish with their information in order to receive something out of the reading.  Assure them this is not true with a privacy policy boldly displayed.

For your part, you should conduct your readings in a space that provides you with the most comfort and ability to concentrate on your client.  No matter how you tap into your psychic abilities, you will have to try harder to maintain your connection with the client because they are not right there in the room with you.  However, I find this an advantage because I do not have them distracting my concentration and I am able to provide a more accurate reading this way.

Controlling Your Psychic Powers

Psychic powers can be a gift and a curse at the same time.  Many people want to know how to develop psychic powers, while others wish they could get rid of their abilities.  Both sides of the coin may be able to practice the same techniques in order to control their psychic abilities.  Who knows, for those of you who wish you didn’t have these powers might come to like having them once you know how to control them.  A psychics power can be used for good, but can also become a burden and possibly be used for ill, this is what we wish to prevent.

Developing psychic powers is much more difficult than controlling them.  Many psychics have strong psychic abilities and have had for many years.  They have been aware of these abilities and have learned to live with them and many have learned to help and profit off of them.  There is hope for those of you wishing more control over unwieldy powers or for those of you who wish to focus them more and be more productive with them.

  • Meditate – Meditate once a day.  Use visualization and breathing techniques to calm your body and mind. Try to find your guide during and inner journey because they will help you tremendously along the way to controlling your psychic powers.
  • Premonition – To help with your premonition powers, learn Tarot or scrying to help you focus your energy and mind.  Using psychic tools will increase your ability to have premonitions and read situations and people much clearer.  This is developing your clairvoyance.
  • Healing – To help with healing energies you should consider taking some Reiki classes and/or learn crystal healing.  These techniques will help you understand your healing energies and also help you focus your psychic powers for positive things.  You can help a lot of people with healing energies and not just by “telling the future”.  Remember, you are not a fortune teller!

While these seem to be simple techniques for such great psychic powers, remember that is much more simple to control them then you think.  It is all about focused attention and direction.  These techniques will also help someone developing psychic powers, but it will take a lot more effort on their part, but for those of you struggling to control your psychic abilities these techniques will help and help fast.  You just have to actually practice them regularly, not just once and complain that it didn’t work!

Free Email Psychic Readings

You might think that free email psychic readings do not exist, but they do!  This is great news for you, but you still are not sure how someone could give you a psychic reading by email.  The answer to that is not simple, but if you have read my previous posts on clairvoyants then you might be able to understand a little better how a psychic could give an email psychic reading.  A free psychic reading by email is an awesome way to test out a psychic before you pay.  A lot of psychics or psychic websites will give free psychic readings, either via a psychic chat or email, or both!  These free psychic readings are used to entice you into paying for a full in depth reading.

I would like to provide a sample of an email psychic reading so you can understand how they work and what to expect.  This was a reading that I received from a fellow psychic and it was a free reading which is a good example for me to give considering the topic of this post!  You will notice the vague yet intriguing answer she gives me in order to answer my question but not answer my questions so I order a more in depth reading from her.

Here was the question I asked:

“I am embarking on a new career opportunity and I want to know if this will be something that turns to a lucrative career or if I should focus my energy elsewhere?”

The answer is as follows:

Dear Lydia,

Hello and thank you for your question.  I was excited after reading your question because I immediately senses some great potential for you, but I am not sure if this potential is related to this new career opportunity that you refer to or not.  I sense that there might be more than meets the eye here and I may need some more information from you before I can give you an accurate answer to your question.  Having said that, there are some definite positive things coming your way soon and well into the future.  I think that if you continue to use the same ethic you are so well known for, you will succeed no matter what.  I do want to caution that I do feel there is some obstacle that could de-rail you from accomplishing your goal if you are not aware or careful.  This obstacle may involve relocating or a move from a company, not necessarily a move for you, but which will effect the outcome of your potential if not forewarned.

Thank you again for your question.  Please contact me via the website for a more in-depth reading and maybe I can give you a clearer answer with some more information or we can talk about other things!”

Typical Email Psychic Readings

An email psychic reading is a popular choice for people who are testing the waters of on line psychics.  Many people who are maybe unable to schedule a time with a psychic reading or want a cheaper option choose email psychic readings instead.  An email psychic reading is typically cheaper and the prices are based on the number of questions you ask.  You will be required to send some information about yourself (like name, age, birth-date) along with the questions you want answered by the psychic.

Some psychics and services will offer a free mini reading by email.  Free email psychic readings are often very short and will answer one question.  The answer will probably be very vague in order to tempt you into ordering a full email psychic reading.  This is typical and should be expected.  The psychics are there to get paid for their services, but the free email psychic reading should provide you with enough detail in order for you to gauge the psychic and their services to know if you want to order a full reading.

Psychic readings by email are often just as accurate as the person to person psychic readings.  The one thing to remember is that you are unable to ask questions on the fly and might have to order another reading in order to clarify what something meant or to get a more in depth answer.  Email psychic readings should be very in depth, but there are always anomalies which you cannot know about ahead of time that might make a reading by email not as satisfying as you hoped.  In my experience I have always been satisfied with email readings and the ones that I give have received great feedback.

In the end it boils down to preference.  How you wish to receive you psychic reading is up to you and many people prefer an email psychic reading over any other type.  The most important thing is to feel that you received an accurate and in depth psychic reading.  If in the end you feel that you were not satisfied by your email reading then contact the psychic directly and they will usually make it right by offering to answer another question for you or to clarify further on something that you were confused about.  The part that you are responsible for is to make sure that you provide the most accurate and honest information to the psychic reader up front and try not to test the readers psychic ability by “tricking” them.

Crystal Healing Powers

The power of crystal healing is very much real and I have been practicing crystal healing for over 10 years.  I am self taught, but there are crystal healing course that you can take, although they are few and far between and you might have to be willing to travel in order to participate.  Healing with crystals is very much a personal journey and while there may be some standard practices, it is mainly what feels right to you is what is going to work.  I read many, many books and then put my own spin on the practice and it has worked very well.

Crystals for healing all have very special properties.  I will be listing a few in this post to give you an idea of what ailments particular crystals are associated with and can be used to help aid in healing.  The crystals healing power is very profound and can make all the difference to the person receiving the healing benefits.  A crystal healing massage is also a very relaxing and amazing experience.  The vibrations of the crystals very easily relax muscles and bring about a much needed balance in your life.

Here are a list of crystals used for healing and their attributes.  You could very easily use this guide and others like it to help yourself by carrying around a gemstone or crystal that corresponds to something you are trying to get help for.  Just having the crystal nearby can help!

Moss Agate - helpful in relieving stress and allergies brought on by weather and pollution.  Helps to speed up recovery. Great for cleaning blood and bowels.

Peridot – good for healing liver and gallbladder problems.  It is also a great spiritual stone and can protect against negative feelings.

These are just a handful of examples, but the beauty of crystals alone are often times enough to bring peace.  It is important to note that some stones are very powerful and should only be used by healers if you are attempting to use the crystal for healing.  Never use crystal healing in place of traditional medicine.

Who are the Best Psychics?

There are many opinions about who are the best psychics today.  Many name Sylvia Browne or John Edwards among the best psychics, but I am here to say that only marketing and publicity has made them so.  While they may appear to be very good at what they do, there are tricks they use and they have very good PR people behind them.  In my humble opinion, I do not see any difference in what they do compared to what a lot of other psychics do.  The best psychic is the one that you are the most comfortable with.  There is no need to pay exorbitant prices, because then you are just paying for the name.  John Edward may be considered the best psychic medium, but that is only because he was very smart in marketing himself.  Sylvia Browne might be considered one of the worlds best psychics, but she got lucky too.

The things you should consider when trying to find a psychic that is right for you is that each one is going to be different or give readings differently and through different means.  It does not mean that one is better than the other, and it might just mean that exactly.  The point is that the best psychic reading is going to be from someone who is compassionate and understands human nature.  This is not to say that the psychics mentioned in the above paragraph are not compassionate, but if you watch closely you can see just how cheesy and put on their shows are.  A lot of the fluff comes from years and years of learning how to manipulate people to a certain extent.  But don’t despair, you may still be able to receive a great psychic reading, you just have to be careful!

The worlds best psychics can be found online or in your own town.  You don’t need to fall for the advertising and books that tell you otherwise.  If you choose to pay a lot of money and wait months and months for a reading from the best psychics then that is of course your choice and will probably be a great experience.  The whole point of this post is to say that you don’t need to do that in order to receive a great reading from a great psychic.  The best psychic reading I ever received was during a free reading from an obscure website and that psychic won my business by being genuine and real.

Psychic Predictions That Came True in 2009

Psychic predictions are made every single year by a lot of different psychics (and non-psychics) around the world.  Bets are placed, most are lost but some are won.  You can find a whole hoset of these psychics predictions online.

Here is a list of psychic predictions that were made and came true in 2009 (so far).  This list is comprised from other online psychic prediction websites.

  • Michael Jackson will die of mysterious causes
  • Farrah Fawcett finally succumbs to cancer after a hard fight
  • Jerry Seinfeld gets a new t.v. show deal
  • Paula Abdul gets fired from American Idol
  • Bret Farve will “fake” his retirement and come back AGAIN
  • Lindsey Lohan and Samantha Ronson break up
  • Terrell Owens released from Cowboys

Of course these are all psychic predictions about celebrities.  Many psychics do celebrity predictions but many also do more worldly predictions.  A psychic prediction is much like anything else related to the paranormal, they tend to be very vague and worded just right that when something even remotely close to that happens they can say that they were right.  There are those psychics who seem to get very specific and things turn out right, but unless your predictions are right 100% of the time, there is no proof that you did not just get lucky.  Anyone could study the world and if you know enough about human nature you could make just as accurate predictions of the future and have a good chance of it coming true.  I mean really, how hard is it to predict that there will be an assassination attempt on President Obama?  The first African-American president will surely have an attempt made on his life, not to mention that all presidents face this at one time or another.  I get irritated with psychic predictions because they tend to be so cheesy and “predictable”.  It is a good thing the psychics give them away for free!

Most predictions when not relating to you specifically are given as free psychic predictions and can be found online at any time.  Nostradamus is probably the most famed person to make predictions historically and every psychic prediction he ever made is still the most talked about today.
